X87 Player subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you choose, such as monthly or yearly billing.
You can cancel renewal of your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not normally refund the current billing period once it has started.
As a general rule, completed subscription charges are non-refundable. However, we may review refund requests in situations such as:
X87 Player offers a separate 48-hour free trial flow outside Paddle. Because the trial is available before purchase, paid subscriptions normally begin immediately once checkout completes.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country or region.
If you believe a charge should be reviewed, contact support with your account email, username, purchase date, and the reason for your request.
